You can choose either one of Obsession Charter's two boats (both captained by Dave Pecci). Either our 22' Cuddy Cabin or our 18' Hewes Redfisher. Both boats are fully equipped with all the needed fishing gear, safety equipment and electronics.

Fishing in the Bath area is a wonderful experience. The rugged beauty of the rocky coast, the miles of pristine beaches and the wooded shores of the mighty Kennebec all set the tone for a world class fishing trip. June through September is the time for Striped Bass. Light tackle or fly fishing gear lend themselves to these wonderful sport fish. In July the Bluefish and football bluefin tuna show up along the coastal islands and beaches. August and September is the time to try your luck at offshore fishing for shark. Blue Shark with the occasional Mako mixed in cruise the cool waters of the Gulf of Maine. Obsession Charters currently holds the State of Maine Blue Shark Flyrod Record.
Capt. Dave Pecci Capt. Dave is a US Coast Guard licensed Captain, a Registered Maine Guide, an Orvis Endorsed Guide and a member of the Yamaha National Fishing Team. Dave was the Orvis 1999 Northeast Guide of the year. President of The Maine Assn. of Charterboat Captains. He is an appointee to the Maine Marine Resources Advisory Council and the ASMFC Striped Bass Advisory Panel.
