The Fardigs Enjoy Another Fun Day Fishing on The Kennebec

Jack and Will with dad and mom; Peter and Karen Fardig joined me again this year for another fishing trip on the Obsession. We caught some striped bass on bucktails and live eels upriver early in the morning. I had help from the boys getting the eels when I needed them.

Will kissed his first striper again this year just he did last year.

Mid morning we headed do to the mouth of the Kennebec river and out to Seguin Island to check out the lighthouse. While there, the boys caught a bucket load of Pollock. After a long day traveling the prior day and, a very early start fishing, the boys both napped on the 40 minute ride back to the marina and again in the car during the ride back to the Harraseeket Inn. Great weather, good fishing and fun was had by all. Safe travel home and I hope to see you again next year!
