How to Find Obsession Charters in South West Florida: Due to changing weather and fishing conditions we use one of several Charlotte Harbor area boat launches. Please Call, text orThis email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.Capt. Dave a day or two prior to your charter to finalize where to meet.

Charters include: All the needed tackle and gear but feel free to bring your own along if you wish.  Soft drinks and snacks are provided.

What to bring: A light jacket or raincoat, sunscreen and sunglasses.  If at all possible please do not wear black soled shoes or boots; they really mark up the deck of the boat, thank you.

What NOT to bring: Even though the state of Florida has legalized medicinal marijuana the Federal Government has not. You will be fishing on a federally licensed and regulated vessel therefore you cannot bring medicinal marijuana (or any other illegal drug) on board. My USCG license and livelihood will be in jeopardy if you do so. And if boarded by the Coastguard, you could be charged with a federal crime if you have it with you. If you must medicate do so prior to getting onboard the obsession. Thank you for your understanding.

Tipping: Obsession Charters considers tipping optional and at your sole discretion. If you had an enjoyable time while on your charter, a tip will be graciously accepted but certainly not in any way expected.
